On the Road to Mastering Twitter

Here are some features of twitter, and how to use them!
When you first open twitter, you will see your feed, or in other words posts from anyone you happen to follow. From here you can favorite or retweet (repost what a friend posted) or leave a direct comment to them and start a conversation pertaining to the post.
Here we can see my notifications, located on the top of the screen. Here is where I will be alerted, and see when anyone else comments, favorites, or retweets something that I posted, or even tags me in some other post by putting "@" and then my username. An easy way to organize being connected to friends.
On the left we can see the top trends or "hashtags", these are ways to organize topics and conversations. For example, if we all wanted to tweet about our class we could put #CollaborativeBC at the end of our post (or anything else you choose) then anyone who also uses that hashtag will be able to click on and see all posts that include "#CollaborativeBC". Another easy way to stay organized while being connected to so many people at once.
Next on the right there is a list of basically people you most likely know, or pages you would probably be interested in. Twitter suggests these based on people and pages you already follow, as well as what your friends follow.
Last is my own twitter profile, which I can edit and customize to my liking. As you can see the background is a boxing photo, which I enjoy, and some info about me is displayed, such as my number of tweets, people I follow, and people following me.
